Summer weather has already arrived in Tennessee, and it's classically hot and humid. Sure, I've included jeans in my summer capsule, but they'll see a lot less of the world for the next few months!
At the end of this summer I have decided to leave behind a seasonal capsule wardrobe in favor of a year-around capsule concept.
This just means that, because of capsule wardrobes, I've finally sort of determined what my style is. Over the past year I've learned a lot about how to shop and, more importantly, how to not shop.
I've become better at finding holes in my wardrobe first and filling them, keeping stress-shopping and impulse purchases at bay.
I'm grateful for what I've learned. And maybe one day I'll feel the need to return to the original structure of the capsule wardrobe, but for now I'm excited to see what happens with a more free-flowing concept in my closet.
Anyway, here are my picks for the coming three months!
