The Quick List series is a faster way to see my recommendations for things to do / see / eat in a certain place. For my full Travelogue on my experience in Colorado Springs, see this post.
Colorado Springs was lovely town with some of the most beautiful, well-done parks I've ever seen. Here were my favorites from this valley city:
Garden of the Gods ||| 1805 N 30th St, Colorado Springs, CO 80904
The most beautiful, pleasant, clean park you'll ever find. Otherworldly natural sculptures of earth and history. Worth a full day.
Over Easy ||| 28A S Tejon St, Colorado Springs, CO 80903
Omelets and fresh juice to die for, with salsa that's actually hot.
Colorado Mountain Brewery ||| 1110 Interquest Pkwy, Colorado Springs, CO 80921
Everything you'd want from a brewery, plus a gigantic mountain for inspiration. (Do not drink and climb, k?)
Garden of the Gods Market & Cafe ||| 410 S 26th St, Colorado Springs, CO 80904
Didn't make it this time, but I hear it's incredible!
Downtown Colorado Springs ||| S Tejon St, Colorado Springs, CO 80903
Lovely, though we didn't shop much this trip. Too much mountain, too little time.
